At Poppy and Peonies, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring all hardware is protected and tags are intact.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
